• Eligibility

  To register and use Spitakimou as a member, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

• Member Responsibilities

  You agree to use Spitakimou only for lawful purposes related to finding, listing, or inquiring about real estate in Cyprus. You must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
  • Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.
  • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access Spitakimou.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Spitakimou or others’ use of it.

• Listings and Content

  By posting a listing or any content, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to do so.
  • All details provided are accurate and up to date.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform and associated marketing channels.

• Fees and Payments

  • Membership or listing fees (if any) will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Privacy

  Your use of Spitakimou is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

• Termination

  We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • Your activity poses a risk to Spitakimou or other users.
  • You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings.

• Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of other members.
  • Spitakimou is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spitakimou will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Spitakimou.

• Changes to These Terms

  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on Spitakimou, and continued use of Spitakimou after changes constitutes your acceptance.

• Governing Law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
